Hr Staff

Job Summary Responsible for performing a variety of human resources management technical function, clerical and administrative duties to provide a proactive support to the Human Resources Department and to the entire company. Works is performed with some independence within prescribed guidelines and involves the application of judgment and discretion. They carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: Employment, Employee Relations, Salary Administrations, Benefit and Services.

General Qualification

Education :Graduate of a 4-year course preferably Psychology, Social Sciences,Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science and Management

Work Experience : At least two years related work experience as Human Resource or as

Personnel Assistant

Training Seminar : Human Resources Management, Team Building, Labor laws, Time and

Stress Management, Communication Skills Enhancement.

Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal, leadership and negotiating

skills, computer proficiency

Ability:Proactive, resourceful, creative, optimistic, assertive, persuasive,

hardworking, result oriented.
