An HR Specialist develops and implements human resources programs. Common job duties include, providing human resources services, onboarding staff, support members and virtual assistants, processing contracts, updating records, improving retention levels, and enforcing safety and health policiesTASKS:-Processing termination of contracts, leave of absence requests, promotions, internal transfers, contractors and newly placed virtual assistants-Conducting weekly orientations, onboarding, check-ins and exit interviews for full-time staff and company members-Generating HRIS statistical and ADHOC reports such as turn-over stats, benefit eligibility, Virtual Assistant stats and other reporting analytics as requested-Recognizing departmental and company-wide resource for the internal policies or procedures-In charge of maintaining VA (Virtual Assistant) and contract files, keeping company in compliance with current laws, coordinating office activities, events and vendor relations-Working closely with Finance, Payroll and IT department
QUALIFICATIONS:-Excellent communication skills (both oral and written proficiency)-Demonstrates excellent time management, strong attention to detail, accuracy, impartiality, organization, and computer competences-Experience with data management is highly preferred-At least 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Executive or HR Officer is required-Intermediate skills with G Suite and/or Microsoft Office-Familiar and knowledgeable with the Philippine Labor Code-Must be willing to work from home
