SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K BENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMO WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM WORK LOCATION: Angeles City, PampangaJOB QUALIFICATIONS: · Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial Psychology or any relevant courses · With background in Organizational Development, company structure, job analysis and employee productivity. · At least 3 years of relevant experiences · Familiar with Organizational Charts RESPONSIBILITIES: · Conducting Job analysis and creating Job Descriptions · Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations. · Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions. · Implement major changes in all aspects of operations. · Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals. · Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
