JOB QUALIFICATIONS:? Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management or Psychology or any relevantdegree? Knowledgeable in Labor Laws? Experience in handling employee discipline? With at least 3 years of work experiences related to labor relationsRESPONSIBILITIES:? Handles all employee-reported cases and discipline? Conduct investigations (end to end process)? Assist in formulation of company policy?
