Hr Specialist

1. Recruit and hire qualified applicants to fill-up manpower vacancies.2. Replenishment of HR Forms and ensures availability of HR Forms in all sites.3. Water Test Monitoring and filing of documents related as maybe required for Permit Processing. Safekeep contract and other files related to Water Test and Permits.4. Monitoring of office supplies issuance and inventory. Ensure availability and on time delivery of requests.5. Provide administrative support. Schedule of corporate dog's grooming and vaccination; Update and follow-up all request for office maintenance/repairs; Issues clearance, certificate and conducts exit interviews for resigning employee.6. Monitoring of accountabilities (Laptop, CP, Simcard, etc.)7. Update HR Dashboard and prepare required reports. Attend to scheduled Departmental MeetingJob Qualifications:Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or Human Resources ManagementAt least 6 months work experienceKnowledgeable with Microsoft Office applicationsKeen eye to details, organize and systematicGood communication skill (oral & written)Good interpersonal relation skillsTrustworthy and with good moral character
