Qualifications :
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field

- Must have at least basic knowledge and relevant exposure with Recruitment, Labor Laws, Benefits & Compliance requirements, Employee Engagement, Policy Implementation, Discipline management and Performance management
