Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or Equivalent.- With more than 5 years of solid experience as Department Head / Manager- Knowlegeable in all facets of Human Resources, General Labor Standards (GLS) and with background in Admin/Office management function (work experience gained in the same industry is an advantage)- Adaptable, Flexible and capable of establishing a strong and good relation with all levels of people in the org.- Results driven, Problem Solver and Thinker.- Able to Develop and Ensure Compliance With Organizational Policies and Procedures.- Good at establishing various Employee Development & Engagement Programs.- **Required Skills**: Strong Leadership Skills, Good Communication Skills, Collaboration & Negotiation Skills, Good Listening Skills and Multi-tasking SkillsSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Silang, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
