Details of the offer

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

1. Consolidates, monitors, provides analysis on Monthly HR Dashboards

2. Prepares all consolidated HR / People Reports

3. Maintains HRIS (Sprout and Employee Central)
4. Prepares monthly accruals and budget monitoring (spends and reports)

5. Leads business process efficiency leading to HR automation initiatives

6. Leads data and local governance, HR audits

7. Documents in full HR Policies and Governance mandate by Law
8. Supports overall HR Operations in the following areas:
Recruitment Operations to Onboarding to Offboarding Preparations Training Operations and Implementation of Programs Employee Engagement Program Implementation Overview of Office and Facility Management Compensation and Benefits Administration Annual MERCER Survey preparations and analysis Annual salary / merit / MIP / EIP reviews and benchmarks Monthly payroll review and preparations of reports Prepares IPE support documents, JD reviews and consolidation
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration / Liberal Arts / Behavioural Sciences / Psychology, preferred Previous work experience within same capacity in HR Operations in the FMCG industry, preferred Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and resourcefulness

Specialized knowledge or Skills required:
High service delivery and customer service orientation High attention to details and analytics Project Management and management of HR Service Desk, advantage

Critical Leadership Competencies:
Results-driven Superior organizational skills and prioritization Pro-active and displays initiative Team player
