Job Description:
HR Field Recruitment Assistant key responsibilities include communicating to different provincial municipalities and schools to coordinate recruitments possibilities, placing job ads on careers pages, updating employee records and assisting in the daily task of the HR Department. The sucessful candidate will be also expected to perform the following:


Publish and update job ads on careers pages Coordinates with different local government agencies and schools Prepare recruitment documents (Letter of Intention, Certified true copies of Business Permits, etc.) Schedule interviews Screen resumes and job applications Update internal databases with new hires’ data (e.g. contact details and bank accounts) Assisting in administrative work Minimum Qualifications:
