Recruitment Associate - Wfh Set-Up - Project Based

Duties and Responsibilties- Responsible in documenting all interviews and that all necessary documents are complete and accurate prior to endorsement and filing- Responsible in encoding necessary information into the Recruitment Management System in an accurate and timely manner- Responsible in the preparation of employment contracts, ensuring accuracy in providing hiring rates, start dates and program allocation- Responsible in supporting the entire Recruitment team in meeting the hiring targetsJob Requirements- At least 6 months of related experience- Excellent written and oral English communication skills- Experience in Behavioral Interviewing is an advantage- Proficient in planning, time management, and decision making skills- Must be amenable to work onsite- Amenable to shifting and graveyard schedules- Okay to work during weekends and holidays- Can start immediately**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php16,250.00 per month**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- 10 hour shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
