Hr Officer

**Duties & Responsibilities**- Process the recruitment and placement of new staff as required;- Develop, coordinate and conduct employee performance appraisals;- Review, analyze, update and recommend revisions of policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements;- Ensure all staff are compliant with their employment guidelines;- Maintain all the required HR documents for the organization and ensure it is up to date;- Support the payroll process by ensuring that correct data is provided to finance department in liaison with the HRM;- Maintain accurate administrative records and prepare admin reports as required;- Schedule and coordinate meetings;- Coordinate needs of manpower with Training and Development Officer;- Coordinate with external manpower sources such as labor agencies regarding status of respective manpower deployed; and- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.**Qualifications**- Degree/Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management;- At least 3 years of experience as Human Resource Officer;- Strong focus with critical thinking skills;- Strong communication and inter-personal skills;- Strong Leadership through influence and effective conflict resolution; and- Should have a good track record and of unquestionable integrity.Working HoursSaturdays/Shift requiredDress CodeUniforms**Benefits**:To be disclosed during job offerSpoken LanguageTagalog/FilipinoHokkaido Ramen Philippines, Inc. is responsible in bringing Santouka brand in the Philippines.
