**A. RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING**1. 100% recruitment requirements are duly filled up within the turn around time.2. Oversees all pre-employment requirements, documents and orientation are completed upon 1 month employment.3. Oversees the clearance process of the separated employees, ensures that 100% of the separation documents are filled out, signed and notarized as needed.4. Ensures 100% coordination regarding renewal of contracts, procedures and immediate concerns.5. Issuance of COEs.6. Conduct trainings and seminars.7. Updates and monitor 201/Employee Masterfile database, active and separated.**B. EMPLOYEE RELATION AND EVALUATION**1. Reviews and updates the Code of Discipline and incorporates all changes as needed.2. Ensures timely preparation of employee notices and sanctions for violations of the company Code of Discipline, then endorses them for review and approval.3. Initiates and organizes company activities.4. Spearheads the annual performance evaluation of all the employees during the 1st quarter of the following year.5. Coordinate with the DOLE and other government agencies for compliance.**C. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**1. Prepares wage and position change upon evaluation.2. Ensure 100% coordination with HMO provider for renewal, APE and other concerns.3. Issuance and preparation of governmental forms and concerns.**D. TIMEKEEPING**1. Ensure accurate and timely submission of semi-monthly timekeeping for payroll purposes.2. Reviews and submits overtime, leave and other request forms as per cut-off.3. Prepares timekeeping reports every middle of the year for reward purposes.4.
