Job Requirements:
• Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, Psychology or Business courses. With Master’s degree and or Post graduate studies an advantage• With more than 5 years’ experience as HR Manager preferably from manufacturing industry or related industries.• Strong leadership capacity and interactive managing skills.• Very familiar with labor laws and coordination with manpower providers.• With strong background in HRIS.• Excellent written and oral communication skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)• Team builder, player and with a positive attitude.• Preferably residents of Manila, QC, Makati, Paranaque, Las Pinas, Valenzuela, Caloocan areas.Duties and Responsibilities:• Directly manages the Corporate HR Department.• Responsible for the formulation, development and maintenance of Human Resource management system, policies and procedures for the Group’s affiliates.• Responsible for the implementation and enhancement of existing company policies.• Implements employee relations, rewards and recognition programs of the Company.• Oversee compensation/benefits, performance management systems, safety programs of the Company.• Oversee company recruitment to ensure timely placement of needed personnel, appropriate matches between personnel requisitions and actual placement.• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits• Handles employee conflicts/resolution.• Oversee the Corporate Training Program.• Analyze reports and propose actions concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates among others.• Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.• Perform other tasks as maybe assigned by Management.
