Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
With at least 5 year(s) work experience as HR Manager preferably in a Manufacturing company.
A Team player, with a strong resolve to get things done
Able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
With good communication and leadership skills.
Knowledgeable in Employee Relations, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Benefits & Compensation.
Willing to render work on Mondays to Saturdays
