Hr Internal Communication Specialist

Job Description:
Develop and execute proactive and strategic communication initiatives in partnership with teams across Shopee in Indonesia and in the Region Create/Edit compelling stories for online exposure (LinkedIn, Blogs and Instagram) Liaise with team leads on their communication and change management strategies Write and develop messaging around various topics, including company strategy, priorities, and announcements Provide proactive and reactive messaging that supports key initiatives and program rollouts Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement consistent communications across organizations Partner closely with other teams to align on communication opportunities Improve upon existing communication channels and practices Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 2+ years experience working in corporate communications, copywriter/content writer, tech companies Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline Effective communicator in English and Bahasa, both in written and spoken Persistent and able to work under pressure Experience writing for a global audience with multiple types of audiences and channels Experience working on a team and communicating to all levels of the organization Experience writing and turning information into content Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously and to work autonomously Experience in solving problems using judgement and analysis, providing communications guidance and support Experience with events and logistics Experience in public relations, branding and campaigns Experience communicating to an employee population of technologists and engineers Experience in the technology industry Ability to use Adobe Illustrator and Video-editing tools is a plus
