If you have a passion for HR, having front line experience in managing human resources functions, from talent acquisition to on-boarding and from performance management to employee compensation & benefits, strong familiarity with labor law, and looking to kick start your career in a fast-paced environment, RBOX is the place to be!We are looking for a HR Generalist who can start immediately and join our dynamic team and implement various human resources initiatives in a creative way.The Role:Reporting to the HR Manager, this key position takes a proactive approach to anticipate, assess, and provide HR solutions to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively in relation to business needs and goals.The Tasks:- Performs job design and analysis for new and existing positions and assists in creating/reviewing the job descriptions- Assist in developing and driving tailored HR strategies and operational solutions with the HR Manager- Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives. Consults with team leads in identifying employee development needs; Evaluates and monitors the success of all development programs- Gather and analyze data with HR metrics, like employee turnover rates, competency gaps, adherence reports, etc.- Administer HMO, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig accounts- Engages in shift planning and analysis and daily attendance- Organize and maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form- Update organizational charts, HR demographics and database- Guides team leads in mapping out the career development paths of their subordinates- Conducts reference checks, assist in processing corrective actions, conducting investigations, serving termination decisions to employees and exit interviews- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities- Provides counsel and advice concerning employee relations (e.g., discipline and grievance, performance, employee welfare, morale, retention, post-employment, etc.) and reinforce competencies required to perform well and deliver on targets- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.- Ensures fair and consistent enforcement in compliance with local labor lawsThe Challenges:- Fast track all talent acquisition and recruitment requirements. Helps identify the most effective recruiting channels for filling open key positions; screens resumes; and forwards qualified candidates to hiring managers.- Assists on evaluating qualified candidates, analyzing compensation information to make solid employment offer recommendation, negotiate with candidates as required- Undertake tasks around performance management: Monthly, quarterly and annual reviews. Provides objective feedback; may recommend movements, promotions, and/or salary adjustments as needed- Create, re-invent and implement HR programs to promote a positive culture and conflict-free workplaceEssentials:- At least 4 years of relevant experience as a HR Generalist preferably in an International company- Strong knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including talent acquisition, compensation practices, performance management, employee relations- Strong knowledge of local labour law, regulations and employment practices- Good understanding of HR analytics and workforce planning- Strong communication skills, preferably with American accent- Ability to build and maintain effective relations at different levels across the organisation- Proactive, self-motivated, resourceful, organized, and results oriented- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig on a Night Shift (9pm-6am) scheduleTHIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION
