**About the job HR Business Partner (Davao)**:The **HR Officer (Business Partnering)** is responsible for providing development, integration, and delivery of the management of human resources strategies for the assigned district/division in order to support business objectives, resulting to achievement of organizational strength.- Partners with accounts in creating localized engagement programs based on company direction, existing HR policies and mandates and account need(s)- Audits store compliance to labor standards and recommends the actions to take in order to address gaps, if there's any, resulting to a positive labor relations- Supports in creating a talent pool for recruitment through activities such as but not limited to the following: organized talent acquisition events and digital recruitment- Provides advice and transactional support to account on compensation and benefits policy implementation to ensure uniform and correct implementation across operations**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**- At least three (3) years experience of working as an HR professional, with at least two (2) years working as a business partner- Knowledgeable in several facets of HR such as but not limited to: Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, Talent Management and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Project Management- Must be willing to perform fieldwork for store visits and ocular inspections- Must be willing to work in Davao
