Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist - CSR SAGILITY. As a Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the healthcare industry. Your tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a positive customer experience.
Qualifications Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong customer relationships Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
