Your Responsibilities 1. Develop employment strategies and programs for creating a talent pool of candidates, choosing the best people whose competencies fit the various vacant positions within the organization; establishing recruiting, testing, & interviewing programs; counseling leaders on candidate selection, analyzing exit interviews, and recommending changes
2. Develop and maintain positive working relationships between all teams by acting on employee complaints and grievances, responding to employee questions, and providing mediation/counseling support
3. Ensure strict implementation, monitoring, and on-time compliance with all compensation and benefits policies and procedures of the company
4. Initiate programs that would create a work environment where employees can perform to the best of their abilities, have the tools to monitor performances, and reward systems to sustain it
5. Source out, plan, and ensure implementation of internal and external training to keep the organization's competencies relevant to the business operations' needs; may provide ongoing education and training to the organization, as needed.
Qualifications
• A bachelor's or post-graduate degree
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in an HR leadership role preferably in a manufacturing or related industry
• With demonstrable experience in all facets of human resource management and is well- versed in relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
• Possesses strong leadership, coaching, training, and development skills
• Displays desirable traits and attributes contributing to one's success in the role such as maintaining standards of conduct, being respectful, possessing cultural awareness and sensitivity, being flexible, demonstrating sound work ethics, and being consistent and fair
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, use sound judgment and perform independently
