Responsibilities
Creation and delivery of all regional and local regular and ad hoc HR communications as well as all change management and culture transformation related services to support transformational initiatives within the US or Canada, including planning, preparing, executing and tracking the effectiveness of change management activities using appropriate change methods and tools.
Support regional and local HR Business Partners in the execution of regional and local change initiatives.
Close collaboration with HR Advisory and other HR Service Delivery teams, local HR and CoE teams to align on, prioritize and resolve issues, build and share knowledge across teams.Qualifications
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree of any 4-year course
EXPERIENCE
Proven communications and change management experience preferably in the context of HR Services or HR Operations environment
1-5 Years of Experience in Us or Canada Shared Services environment desirable
Experience in handling core HR systems (TalentSoft, SAP HR, or other), document management tools (Aconso, SharePoint or other) and case management tools (ServiceNow or other) desirable
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Ability of self-reliant, conceptual and accurate working
Ability of analytical and structured thinking
Strong communication skills and team-minded
Ability to set reasonable priorities
Fluent in English required
Further languages are beneficial
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge required (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) HR experience desirable
