Job summary
The FullStack Developer will lead the software development team in designing and implementing our consumer-facing web platformThis position will be responsible for setting standards, assisting teams, and writing code for key modulesThe FullStack Developer will ensure the platform is designed with security in mind and can be easily maintained

Responsibilities
• Develop software solutions for our customer-facing web platform• Evaluate operational feasibility and propose solutions• Document and demonstrate solutions• Enforce best practices and coding standards• Support and develop software engineers• Collaborate with the team to generate new ideas• Grow engineering teams through recruitment• Design a secure web platform• Set key metrics for platform performance• Perform technical analysis and write code• Design testing methodology and perform testing• Communicate project/task status effectively• Follow the cycle of coding, iterating, testing, deploying, and optimizing• Other duties as needed
Requirements
• 7+ years of application development experience• Experience designing and architecting high traffic consumer web applications• 5+ years of expertise in Node.js development• 3+ years of experience in modern responsive UI development using HTML5/CSS3• Strong experience with RESTful web services• Hands-on experience with MySQL table design and querying• Experience with message queues and distributed caching• Experience building solutions on top of AWS• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills• Experience with DevOps and Build pipelines• Experience with agile development process• Experience in Python is preferred• Strong knowledge of containerization
