Developing and mentoring Manila Finance Team Members
Supporting and providing guidance to team member (team of 6) to complete their allocated tasks
Reviewing and improving current processes
Manage transactional banking relating to payments and receipts
Manage and maintain banking logs for the local office and provide monthly reports to management
AR and AP management
Liaise with suppliers in relation to invoice processing and payment along with purchase order and bill management with Netsuite
Trust management from processing direct debits, direct credits and refunds and payment allocation within database systems for AU and NZ to liaising with internal business units in order to locate payments within suspense accounts
Review commission calculations and reconciliations
Review balance sheet reconciliations
Review and manage the completion of annual audited financial reports for the company, and support on the Financial Reports for Trusts
Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant is required
At least 10 years of finance experience from Financial Accounting and Tax to cash and payment control management
Strong English verbal and written communication skills are essential
Business Performance management related skills and experience, from Regular Management Reporting delivery to Forecasting / Budgeting to and creation of valuable business insights
Experience in financial services will be highly regarded, in particular exposure and understanding of securitisation and home loans
Finance function related planning and key policy setting and implementation experience
An ability to work collaboratively and implement ongoing process improvement using systems to automate and streamline where appropriate
Salary:
PHP 1M – 1.9M
