Finance Officer

Work with the business to ensure that E & O are provided and aligned with the business with proper documentation.
To check whether the reports made related to the inventory count is correct or not so that any kind of fraud can be avoided, and timely action can be taken against the one who has deliberately made a fraud report
Work with Warehouse manager to coordinate month-end inventory reconciliation
General ledger account reconciliations and provide the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing process in finance module.
Perform reconciliation of Inventory aging report vs GL and raise to Inventory team if there is any issue found

Perform reconciliation of cost of sales report and its component against the GL
Ensure timely matching of the invoices against the PO and receipts via 3-way match in JDE module
Escalate the issue found in voucher match to Procurement if PO issue/warehouse if receiving issue
Monthly reconciliation with the suppliers
Manager the pending credit notes of suppliers
Any other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
