Responsibilities Posting cash receipts in the ERP system, following up on auto cash. Resolving problems related to cash application and sales invoice batch posting for the appropriate entities. Performing transfers of cash (both internal and external). Updating customer accounts based on the Credit Manager's requests. Following up on the billing due list. Releasing/creating credit/debit notes. Performing month-end closing activities for the appropriate entities, preparing reconciliations and analyzing any AR to GL differences. Maintaining backup functions for other team members. Supporting audit requests if required. Communicating with other parties for cash application processing (Collections, CS, AP, GL, Credit etc.). Required Skills Fluency in written and spoken English Mandarin speaking is an added advantage. Technology-savvy able to work using Microsoft Excel and eager to learn about new systems. Have a growth mindset and possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability in time and planning management. Act as a team player. Good problem-solving skills. Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent. Available for 6 months internship.
