Minimum Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organisational skills Keen attention to detail An expert in using Microsoft office suite Excellent oral and written skills Extremely pro-active, a can-do attitude Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables Strong people skills - you will be dealing with all members of the creative team on a day to day basis so the ability to build strong connection is necessary RESPONSIBILITIES: Assistance in maintaining data in project management system Accelo Become Super User of Accelo to assist the team with queries / issues Preparation of data for client time sheets Preparation of sales invoices for approval before sending to clients Monitor and contact clients regarding aged sales invoices Preparation of bills and expense claims to be paid via Xero accounting software. Assists the company’s accountant with reconciliation of credit card expenses Collation and allocation of employee and client expenses Data processing and administration of business information General administrative duties Monitoring and assessing the finance inbox to identify urgency and coordinate responses from Operations Update client and project contacts into customer relationship management and finance software Initial set up of client contract requirements (WH&S, insurances) Input company and contact information of leads into project management (Accelo) software
