Finance Analyst (Open To Fresh Grads)

Job Description:
Work closely with Accounts team to ensure accuracy, timeliness and scheduling of hotel AP/AR process Gather and prepare data for various financial spreadsheets to support billing and invoicing Report any troubling discoveries Reconcile any financial discrepancies with our hotel partners Improve the current finance function (processes, controls, master data and tools) Implement and maintain adequate and effective workflows to help us scale globally Assist with ad hoc projects Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any business-related courses Open to Fresh Graduates Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Must be keen to details Has the ability to Multi-task Has analytical and critical thinking skills; Hands-on mentality (i.e. do the work yourself) is a must Proven ability to multitask and thrive under pressure Must be proficient in using MS Excel, working experience dealing with complex spreadsheets preferred Enjoys building processes and systems with a strong can-do attitude We are looking for 3 Finance Analyst: 1 CPA, 2 Non-CPA Must be willing to work in Makati
