Sirva is now seeking applicants for the role of Finance Administration Support in our Finance team to support the creditor processing activities for our Australian & New Zealand branches. About the role: You will be providing assistance to the Allied Moving Services branches across Australia & New Zealand. Your task will be focused on creditor activities both as financial and administrative support to the local Branch Administrators.
Some day to day tasks include;
To input creditors invoices into the system for Domestic Creditors where necessary To process creditor invoices relating to the Moving Services in a timely manner, ensuring that all invoices are authorised in accordance with Company policy and creditor batches are produced with correct GL and creditor code allocation. To monitor the system Domestic Creditors System to ensure staff are responding in a timely manner and escalating to the applicable manager Reconcile Creditors Statements as required To ensure that all month end requirements are completed according to Corporate Finance timetable and Commercial Manager's guidelines. To process Owner Driver payments according to Branch timetable and ensure all the supporting documents are properly authorised and deductions are correctly made. To perform any other task as seen necessary by Commercial Managers. To ensure weekly and other management reports are produced in a timely manner. Who are we looking for ? If you have previously worked in a high volume processing/data entry workplaces before this will make you stand out as our preferred candidate. Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable duties - minimum 6-12 months Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) You will take great pride in your work with fantastic attention to detail Ability to work to deadlines and demonstrate good time management & organizational skills Ability to collaborate successfully with employees from other departments.
