Farm Hr Officer

1. Supports the company's farm operations through various HR services2. Assist in monitoring the employee plantilla movement for new positions, replacements, or transfer3. Creates and Implements Employee Engagement activities and programs4. Oversee and Monitors Performance Management System5. Facilitates the timekeeping process6. Monitors payroll concerns and ensures resolution7. Oversees and ensures the end-to-end facilitation of due process in the Labor Relations system8. Assists in the implementation of corporate social responsibility and in-house training and development programs9. Recommends improvement and action that would enhance HR services to farm10. Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.**Minimum Requirement**:- Willing to stay-in at the farm premises- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent- At least three (3) years related work experience in the same level- Well adept in HR facets- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Ability to adjust in the farm production environment.- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills- Above average communication skills, both verbal and written- High initiative and problem-solving skills**Benefits**:- Company events- Employee discount- Health insurance- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employee- Staff meals providedSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
