**Responsibilities**:**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Meet the group's and individual's operational goals and deliverables.- Review and buy-off kitted materials/parts endorsed from material controller- Perform sub-assembly and Base-assembly/Zero Pins to all ATE platforms/model- Integrate all the sub-assembly, mechanical, and electronic parts to the cabinet/zero pin - all model. Mechanical: Frames, interface unit, vacuum gauges, etc. Electronics: Power supply, PCBA, cables, etc.- Test, troubleshoot and fix any cabinet/zero pin technical issues- Work directly to Test Engr, Process Engr and Quality Engr for test process, assembly process improvement, quality, and reliability improvements.- Do High Pot(electrical) test and troubleshoot for any failure.**Basic Qualification and Education Required**:- Strong experience in Electromechanical assembly- Must have good manual dexterity to perform mechanical assembly and wire harnessing.- Experience in machine operations and knowledgeable in handling Electrostatic Device (ESD) sensitive devices.- Proficient in computer operation, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, etc), and familiarity with internet-based program navigation, with ability to generate and interpret computer data.- Must be able to speak, read and write in English.- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.- Works from production/assembly instructions, parts lists, wire lists, diagrams, verbal instructions and notes to assemble, wire and install a wide variety of components.- Uses small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, torque screwdrivers and pliers- Performs incoming inspection for new products- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.- Work typically includes interaction with development and/or manufacturing engineering personnel
