Details of the offer

As an Executive Assistant at Lemi, you will be assisting the executive team across the globe especially the Philippine team in the daily operations with mostly but not limited to business-related tasks while maintaining a strict level of confidentiality.

Administrative
Maintain an organized system of Lemi Executives’ personal and company files
Proper document filing and recording using different online platforms and software programs
Calendar management
Planning daily schedules
Scheduling meetings, personal appointments, conferences, etc.
Travel and accommodation arrangements
Restaurant and venue reservations/bookings
Manage inventory of office assets (supplies and equipment)
Help with internal Human Resources concerns
Team attendance tracking
New hire internal orientation and familiarisation
Operations
Accurately manage Executives’ meeting minutes
Draft excellent business correspondence
Liaise with different departments across the business and third party partners and consultants as necessary
Financial
Work alongside Finance OIC and assist with basic bookkeeping
Manage records of operational transactions and Lemi’s business accounts
Update internal systems with financial data
Track bank deposits and payments
Reconcile transactions and prepare balance sheets
Process account payables and receivables
Resolve financial disputes raised by colleagues and business stakeholders
Personal activities for the Executives
Assist consultants in professional fees invoicing
File medical claims periodically
Scout for personal preferences as required by the Executive

A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting, Communication Arts, Management or any related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant, Finance Officer or any similar role
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Meticulous eye for detail and keen ability to follow instructions
Keen analytical and research abilities
Sharp time management skills
Work ethic and integrity aligned with international standards

It would be cool if you:
Are a people person, resourceful and a troubleshooter
Are proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment
Possess advanced administrative skills and software knowledge
Create several lists on Lemi before your interview!
