Events Coordinator

**SCOPE OF WORK**- Handle the Visitors' Registration of the external participants for all ADB official event including IVP under the supervision of ADB EM (Event Management)- Act as the focal person in closely monitoring the issuance of billing invoices and process payment requests for the incurred events-related services under the supervision of ADB-EM- Provide assistance in monitoring and consolidating the report submission of its team members- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the ADB-EM- (on virtual events) Extend assistance to the virtual events managed by ADB-EM- Reporting to Events Manager and Events Supervisor**Reporting**The Events Supervisor shall render a standard 9-hour services including 1-hour lunch break from Monday to Friday with mandatory core hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except on ADB official holidays**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed termContract length: 6 months**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
