Engineering Supervisor

Job Description:
Enforces Health and Safety Standards Performs Emergency Response Team duties as required Carries out work in accordance with the Hotel Facilities Maintenance program Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency Manpower deployment and planning for leaves and rotation in shifts; Work shifts if required (i.e. in cases where Staff are sick or for business requirements) Manage and administer all work orders received Assists in the preparation of all administrative reports Performs safety and security briefing to the engineering staff
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Must have strong personality and can work under pressure With previous experience of managing relationships with subcontractors and clients. Willing to work longer hours, shifting schedule, weekends and holidays Can start immediately
