In your new role you will: Set min/max wip target by processes and generate report to access/manage Line / Package Range & cycle time Performance Lead ramp-up, migration/ transfers, start-up, and cost savings projects whereby lots scheduling and machine resources are involved Define number of equipment's and resource required base on Line/Package Demand Actively engaging with capacity planner, PLP planner to meet weekly backlog/ delivery targe You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, and other semiconductor related areas) To have background in Planning Systematic Tools (eg, Business Object , Cerberus) in order to derive and analyses planning data To have background in EXCEL , Powerpoint in order to establish daily , weekly and monthly Operation and key KPI report.
