Engineer Line Control

Manages production schedules based on product structure , equipment efficiency , material supply , resource availability and volume requirement to meet the demand with optimize quantity and quality.In your new role you will:Set min/max wip target by processes and generate report to access/manage Line / Package Range & cycle time PerformanceLead ramp-up, migration/ transfers, start-up, and cost savings projects whereby lots scheduling and machine resources are involvedDefine number of equipment's and resource required base on Line/Package DemandActively engaging with capacity planner, PLP planner to meet weekly backlog/ delivery targeYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, and other semiconductor related areas)To have background in Planning Systematic Tools (eg, Business Object , Cerberus) in order to derive and analyses planning dataTo have background in EXCEL , Powerpoint in order to establish daily , weekly and monthly Operation and key KPI report.To have background in coordination as required to coordinate improvement projects to meet Line/Package performanceTo have some background in Industrial Planning as need to know on equipment UPH and managing of bottleneck processBenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
