Engineer Development Centre

In your new role you will:Test package generation for new products (software & hardware development).Test package optimization & sustaining and/or sub-cons technical support.Tester conversion/balancing, while driving test productivity improvement.Innovate test concepts & methods (feasibility & realization in production testing).Test package buy-off and documentation.Participate in new tester platform benchmarking.Responsible for test knowledge transfer to production.Enhance test package with Zero defects approach (IV leakage test, poka-yoka mixing, etc.)You are best equipped for this task if you have:Fresh Graduates or Graduates in Degree/ Master g (Electrical / Electronics / Physics / Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology) with 1 year relevant working experience are welcome to apply.High passion on Test and Product Engineering.Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and a good team player.Fluent English skills (willingness to learn German is a plus)BenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
