Job Description:
What you'll do: Tutor Events Conceptualize, plan and execute events promoting tutor satisfaction and retention Manage inter-team collaborations for logistics, promotions, and inquiry handling Tutor Retention Provide tutor support by maintaining correspondence through various channels Regularly coordinate with teams involved in tutor satisfaction to address the tutors' needs accordingly Conduct tutor care activities to promote a good relationship between the company and tutors Assist in facilitating various programs and manage projects to boost tutor satisfaction and retention efforts Tutor Conversion


Execute marketing campaigns to increase conversion and retention of tutors Others tasks which may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
What we'd like you to have: A graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Human Resources, Customer Relations, or related Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Proficient in both oral and written English Must be highly objective, patient, and have attention to details Can meet deadlines, and follow protocols and guidelines Should be target-oriented, hardworking, and able to multitask Must have an outgoing and pleasant personality Not required, but very useful: 1 year experience in Human Resources - Employee Engagement, Customer Service, or related Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
