Digital Marketing Specialist

The role of the Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to create, manage, and implement online marketing strategies in order to drive more traffic to our e-commerce website and boost conversion.

- You will be responsible to develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies for fueling e-commerce growth using a data-driven approach.
- You will create, manage, and implement organic and paid campaigns for e-commerce across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Emails), SEO, and SEM
- You will execute marketing strategies and optimize these for maximum Return on Investment (ROI) by allocating the proper budget(s) for each channel and by identifying and prioritizing the best practices.
- You will stay up to date with the latest marketing and campaign innovations. You will test and identify the best strategies leading to new customer acquisition, customer retention, and conversion on our e-commerce.
- You must properly coordinate with the team on the implementation of marketing efforts for the growth of the business. Interlock and collaborate with web merchandisers, operations team, communication team, and UX to align and enable infrastructure, tools, and support needed for marketing.
