Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Description: The Digital Marketing Assistant is to work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager in planning and executing all marketing campaigns; managing the company’s digital brand, online websites, marketing collaterals and etc.

Assists in preparing, scheduling and publishing monthly digital content.
Creates new engaging contents and contests.
Review and analyses social media reports.
Manages and uploads new content in website and other Ikon online platforms.
Helps in monitoring all Ikon’s social media accounts.
Assists in creating and sending out monthly email newsletters.
Helps in conceptualizing and making marketing collaterals for print and online.
Performs any ad hoc tasks assigned.

Job Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of Marketing, Advertising or any 4-year related course.
1 to 2 years experienced in social media or handling digital marketing.
Preferably with basic knowledge in Photoshop, basic photo editing and html codes.
Willing to be trained in Wordpress, Mailchimp, Hootsuite and other digital marketing platforms.
With excellent oral and written communication.
Tech savvy, has a creative side and open to new ideas.
Very keen attention to details; can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proactive with initiative and require minimal supervision.
Good organization skills.
