GDS Campaign Manager - Assistant Director
The Opportunity
• The GDS Campaign Manager will help the Branding, Marketing and Communications (BMC) program leaders/ managers to bring their external and/or internal marketing programs to life by understanding the EY business & marketing strategies and transforming business priorities into world-class execution and delivery across the globe. Multi-channel programs can include thought leadership reports and articles, web presence, social media, paid campaigns, events, media outreach, internal communications, webinars, email campaigns and other digital initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
• Combine the knowledge of project management, marketing tactics, the EY business and our customer base in order to create and maintain project plans for BMC’s most critical multi-channel thematic campaigns and other social media campaigns
• Determine the available time, budget, and resources for each program, and track its status, in order to help your team, meet deadlines and achieve their set goals.
• Collaborate with the design team on social media advertising artwork to ensure that it is compelling and meets brand standards, communicate with stakeholders on timelines and status, post on social media through a unified platform and report on campaign performance.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders within BMC, and across geographies and functions (Business development, Markets, Talent, Finance, etc.).
• Conduct regular meetings with your team, present progress reports, and analyze the results of completed campaigns.
• Create status overview and performance reporting for BMC programs and projects for various executive stakeholders.

• Manage multiple end-to-end campaigns under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Team player with a knack to motivate the team to deliver programs within a stipulated timeframe
• Ability to quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal and external audience, core offerings and our clients’ issues and agendas across sectors and geographies globally
To qualify for the role you must have
• 12+ years of total B2B marketing experience in professional services or similar industries
• 12 years’ experience in end-to-end campaign management, from managing business requirement to implementation to analysis and all phases in between
• Experience with Tableau, Adobe web platform, Adobe analytics/webtrends/Google analytics, Google AdWords, Sprinklr/Hootsuite, Sysomos, any eMail marketing tool
• Ability to work as part of an agile team; independent and showing flexibility during peak times
Ideally you also have
• High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
