Digital Designer

Responsibilities:- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback- Designs includes all digital marketing assets for websites or social medias- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative and align with technical and brand standards- Identifying design flaws for further improvement- Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, banners, icons, etc.Requirements:- A bachelor degree or diploma Design, Fine Arts or any related field- At least 3 years' experience as a Digital Design in the related industry as well as a strong portfolio of related projects- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop)- Proficient in prototyping tools like Figma is a plus- Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs and suggestions- Strong team playerSkills:- A good listener- Has an open and curios mind and heart- Loves solving problems- Pro-active in identifying and preventing potential problems- Pro-active in suggesting solutions to improve productivity- Detail oriented (attention to detail)- Advance research skills
