Client Industry: SHARED SERVICES Job Description and Qualification:Position OverviewThe Company Healthcare’s Global Business Center (GBC) is seeking a driven, innovative and motivated leader with strong experience in digital marketing and creative to lead the digital and creative teams.
The Digital and Creative Director will drive execution of marketing strategies across digital channels such as Web, CRM, and Social media for The Company Healthcare and its Brands.
The Digital and Creative Director will serve as the primary contact for Home Office leadership across all digital workstreams. The Digital Team Lead will partner with Home Office stakeholders (marketing, technology and other cross-functional leaders) to translate business requirements into concrete deliverables.
The Digital and Creative Director will be responsible for building and leading the digital and creative teams at GBC. The team lead will partner with GBC leadership to ensure success of both the GBC and the digital team.Responsibilities and DutiesLeadership & Strategy
Partner with Home Office to deliver flawless execution of digital strategy
Build, manage and retain a high-performing digital team at GBC
Communicate proactively, regularly and effectively with Home office on project status, risks and accomplishments
Ensure adherence to all regulations including legal, compliance and IT security
Planning and Execution
Translate business needs into detailed project plans including KPIs, milestones, dependencies, and resources
Leverage best practices such as Agile development and design thinking to deliver
Provide functional, technical and analytical guidance to team members to ensure quality work products and alignment with objectives
Support a variety of project workstreams including strategy development, campaign execution, experiments, optimization and analytics
Support delivery of innovation projects such as personalization, online scheduling, AI chatbots, and voice search, based on consumer insights
Contribute new ideas and solutions for execution against the overall digital strategy
Ability to identify when creative is aligned with business strategy and needsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesThe Digital and Creative Director is a generalist role that requires a broad set of leadership, technical and project management skills.Understanding of HTML, CSS, HTML5, with knowledge of JavaScript/jQueryExperience in managing creative execution for print collateral, social media channels and video formatsStrong business acumen and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiativesStrong presentation skills and ability to synthesize complex information for variety of stakeholdersAbility to work independently, be coachable and work within a matrixed organization
Required and Preferred QualificationsRequired:Proven track record in managing complex digital projects
Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, digital marketing and digital channels such as Web, CRM and Social media
Experience in product development from business requirements to wireframes (including UX) to QA testing Highly analytical, numerically inclined and even-temperamentPreferred:
5+ years relevant experience implementing digital strategy within Healthcare industry
Required Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science
Preferred Education: MBA
Preferred Working hours: Third Shift.Salary:
