Dialysis Sales Representative

• Experience selling hemodialysis machines and consumables or related medical equipment.• A successful track record of sales.• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.• Experience with Dialysis equipment is highly desirable but not essential.• Prepare the weekly itinerary and daily post-call.• Attend meetings with the sales team twice a day.• Development and implementation of a territory business plan to meet the territory target and, therefore, the business unit, the division, and corporate expectations.• Managing and developing sales activities within the dialysis market for the territory.• identifying key customers within the territory and creating and developing solid relationships with them in order to promote the focus products and the company.• Understand the competitors and their activities.• Keep abreast of developments and trends within the market and supply this market information back to the company regularly.• identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.• Plan and propose to management, for approval, any appropriate sales marketing strategy.• The duties and responsibilities enumerated above are not exclusive of any other duties and responsibilities that BEI may see fit to designate or assign to the employee concerned.• The duties and responsibilities may be revised from time to time in accordance with the exigencies of the service.
