CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE/ADMIN (VOICE AND NON-VOICE) Mid Shift and Night ShiftSalary – PHP22,000 plus Allowance, Night Differential, Holiday Pay, 13th Month Pay.Minimum of six (6) month probation contract. HMO Benefits will be provided after probation period.QUALIFICATIONS: (1) Minimum of two (2) years BPO experience (2) Clear verbal and writing communication skills in English (3) Basic Technical Support (4) Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping and assisting customers.(5) Can work both independently and within a team(6) Excellent time management skill and the ability to multi-task.(7) Motivation and Commitment
