Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Customer Support Assistant to join our remote team at Pushkart.ph in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring a positive user experience.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.3. Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer feedback and improve overall customer satisfaction.4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Identify trends or patterns in customer issues and provide feedback to the relevant departments.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers.7. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer support processes and systems.8. Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, resolution time, and response time.
Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a customer support role.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Passionate about providing excellent customer service.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns.6. Excellent time management skills to handle a high volume of customer inquiries.7. Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
