Job Description:
Cropital is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our team in Davao City, PH. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers through excellent customer service and support.
Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and providing solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience- Conduct training sessions for customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services- Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our offerings- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Independent and hardworking personality traits- Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills- High school diploma or equivalent- No prior experience required- Must be located in Davao City
