Customer Service Representative / Open To Freshers - Iloilo

JOB DESCRIPTION:The job position available is for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will involve assisting customers with their concerns through phone calls, chats, and/or emails. You will be responsible for addressing customer needs, adhering to company and client processes and policies, clarifying information, providing suitable solutions, building rapport with customers, ensuring proper documentation, and meeting set targets.QUALIFICATIONS:- Completed 2 years in college (72 units) with at least 6 months of customer service-related work experience.- Graduates of 4-year course with or without BPO experience- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing (Strong internet speed)- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.- Willing to work onsite.BENEFITS- 20% Night Diff- Day 1 HMO- +1K allowance- HMO for 1 dependent upon regularization
