Job Description:
Responding to inbound and outbound inquiries received through multiple platforms which include but not limited to incoming calls, email, chat, SMS, social media, internal departments Placing phone taxi bookings using online platforms End to end investigation and resolution of inquiries Tracking taxi bookings and carrying out a systematic or formal inquiry to examine and establish the quality of bookings Completing customer outbound campaigns as required Following and completing back-office processes to ensure resolution of customer inquiries Providing support to sales and technical teams as required Delivering efficient, high-quality services over multiple platforms that result in excellent customer experience Building customer loyalty by creating a positive customer experience Delivering on performance targets Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in a multichannel call center (calls, emails, chat) Experience in assisting customers based in Australia Experience in Sales or Technical Support College to University graduate Sound understanding of the latest mobile apps and operating systems Experience with current iPhone and Android mobile phones and troubleshooting issues with such devices More about the client: As a technology company, our client puts passengers in direct contact with licensed taxi drivers and provides a payment platform that is more transparent and fairer for all.
