Job Description:
The Customer Service Associate will assist the trainers who need help through IM or e-mail as prescribed by the documented processes and/or with the TL's guidance. He/She will also assist Learning Consultants, and learners worldwide.


JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY Main Responsibilities (Key Result Areas): Working on the assigned tasks (by the Helpdesk Team Leader or QA) or processes Assisting trainers who need help through IM or E-mail as prescribed by the documented processes and/or with the TL's guidance. Providing assistance to Customer Relationship Managers (in Europe and Asia) Filling out forms necessary to complete the process Updating individual piloting tools for time tracking purposes Attending training given by HD QA Being professional in handling department clients Other responsibilities: Attending meetings if necessary Other tasks assigned by manager or Team Leader Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field; Must be proficient in MS Office, Google Docs and Open Office; Must be Internet savvy; Must have good English communication skills (verbal and written); Must be responsible, disciplined, and highly organized; Must be able to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure; Must have the ability to type fast; Has good customer service skills; Ability to multi-task is a plus; Must be willing to work on weekends and on holiday (graveyard shift); Must be willing to work in Eastwood City, QC; Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply;
