Explaining procedures. Answering questions. Providing information. Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems. Maintains and improves quality results by:
Adhering to standards and guidelines. Recommending improved procedures. Updates job knowledge by:
Studying new product descriptions. Participating in educational opportunities. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Minimum Qualifications:
Customer service experience in any industry is a plus but not required. Previous technical background is also a plus.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Average to advanced written and spoken English. Average to advanced knowledge in web navigation. Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHT SHIFT.
Day shift is also available.
