Project Manager

**Short Description**:IT Project Manager plans, organizes and implements a company or client's technical projects. Main duties include coordinating production releases and roll-outs, delegating tasks to the necessary employees and presenting on projects' progress and results.**Qualifications**:- Strong understanding of the Project Management Framework- Knowledge of various Project Management methodologies (e.g. Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)- Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and project teams- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management (interpersonal and negotiation skills)- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues- Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget- Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills- Reporting/presentation skills- Microsoft Office experience- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools- Attention to details even under pressure- Decision making skills- Sense of urgency and high accountability- Budgeting skills- Risk management skills**Responsibilities**:- Ensure that projects are completed within scope, budget and timeline- Coordinates with vendors and responsible units to ensure the acceptability and timely availability of project deliverables- Coordinates with the project team and reviews project documents to ensure compliance with the bank's project management and systems development standards as well as audit requirements- Provide updates on the ongoing projects and maintenance (RAG)- Assist in project resource assignment- Be prepared to provide RCA for issues that impacts the business unit- Assist in project escalation and conflict resolution- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
